Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can return the goods within the withdrawal period or inform us, MDC sportswear GmbH, Im Engelfeld 1, 87509 Immenstadt, Germany, e-mail: office@mdc-sport.com - of your decision to withdraw from this contract by email.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the goods or your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. In case you use the UPS return label included in your shipment, we will charge €40 for the return from NAFTA countries, €35 from Switzerland, €15 from EU countries and €9 from Germany. The shipping costs for the outward shipment will be reimbursed.
In the case of a size exchange only, or if the remaining value of your order after deducting the return is more than €250, you can return the goods free of charge from EU and NAFTA countries, Great Britain and Switzerland, if you use the provided UPS return label.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Return instructions
Please mark the items you would like to return on one of your invoice copies as “RETURN” and stick the invoice copy to the outside of your parcel. In case you have received several parcels, please put all items of your return into one single box. Do not send returns with a value higher than EUR 990 in one shipment without contacting us. In case your return is higher than EUR 990, please split the return into two or more shipments and contact us for additional return labels.
